This tangy pasta salad is a favorite among relatives. A colorful delicious salad that can be served as a side dish or main meal.
Cook rotini according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
Place pasta in a large salad bowl. Add mushrooms, garlic, yellow and red bell peppers, black and green olives and red onions. Gently mix vegetables into pasta. Pour in olive oil and vinegar and mix into pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste.
