Pie crust recipe
Put flour, sugar and salt in pie pan and mix with fingers until blended. Pat into place. Flute the edges. Fill and follow pie filling instructions to bake. For 2-crust pie mix another 1/2 batch of dough and roll out between 2 sheets of wax paper. Careful not to tear when removing. If you are pre-baking the pie crust, prick surface with a fork and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes checking often. Cool and fill.
