Mixture of cheese and topped with cracker crumbs
Preheat oven to 350?. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook until done; drain.
In a 9x13 baking pan, stir together macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle topping over macroni mixture.
Bake approximately 30-35 minutes or until top is a golden.
Turn oven to broil, let oven heat then broil for a few minutes until cracker crumbs look toasted.
