Whisk Meringue ingredients ~10 minutes until stiff and peaks form. Spread into 2 - 9" springform pans. Bake at 275 ^ for 1 - 1 1/4 hours.
Whisk whipping cream and cover meringues with it when they are cool. Arrange fruit on top.
Make sure the meringue is stiff or it will leak out of the springform pan!
