In a large bowl combine flour, brown sugar, regular sugar, salt and baking powder. Stir to mix.
In a smaller bowl, combine melted butter, vanilla, milk and eggs. Mix to combine.
Add the wet to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Add fruit and mix to combine.
Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners and distribute the batter.
Bake 18 minutes or until cooked through and a toothpick comes out clean.
Optional... is to remove them from the oven and brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
