Suggest a better descriptionIn mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in peanut butter with pastry blender or use food processor; blend until mix resembles coarse crumbs. In separate bowl, mix the eggs and milk. Add lemon rind, lemon juice and peanuts, if used. Stir into flour mix only until blended. Pour batter into greased 9x5" loaf pan. Bake at 350~ for 1 hour or until tested done. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool. Wrap and store overnight before serving.
