This is a recipe given to me by a friend years ago. After one bite of this I told her I must have the recipe for it.
Crust
1Pre-heat oven to 375
2. Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9 inch pie plate
3. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes then cool.
Filling
1. In mixing bowl beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla extract together until smooth.
2. Gently fold in whipped cream.
3. Gently spoon mixture into crust.
4. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
You can always add garnish of cookie crumbs or grated chocolate to the top for flair.
Refrigerate over night for a very solid pie
