Suggest a better description1. Preheat the oven. to 400 Degrees. Line a baking sheet with Parchment paper and place a baking rack on the sheet. Spray the
rack with nonstick spray.
2. Chop the pecans to a consistency of course breadcrumbs. Season the chicken on both sides. Add the flour to a shallow dish
then whisk the eggs and dijon together and add to a 2nd shallow dish. Mix the pecans in a third dish with salt and pepper.
Dip the chicken in the flour, then the egg mixture, then the pecans. Place on the wire rack and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
