Suggest a better description1 Prepare piecrust with your choice of decorative edge, then preheat oven to 350°F.
2 In medium bowl with wire whisk or hand beater, beat eggs well.
3 Beat in corn syrup, sugar or margarine and vanilla extract until well blended.
4 Arrange pecan halves in single layer in bottom of piecrust.
5 Pour egg mixture over the pecans in piecrust being careful not to disturb the nuts.
6 Bake pie 1 hour or until knife inserted about 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool.
