Mix/knead eggs, water, flour and salt until firm. Let rest for 10 minutes covered in dry warm location.
For the Kielbasa, cook then grind in food processor.
With the potatoes, prepare mashed potatoes with milk butter and garlic powder.
with dough make 2" diameter circles, fill with a mix of mashed potatoe and ground kielbasa.
Place Pierogi in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Extract and place on drying rack.
Once dry, place in frying pan with some oil or butter. Fry both sides until golden brown. Server with Sour cream and a side of sauerkraut.
