Favorite at pot lucks!
Cake:
1. Mix flour, sugar, eggs, and pineapple in large bowl. Add pecans.
2. Pour into greased sheet pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool.
Frosting:
1. Set out butter and cream cheese to bring to room temperature.
2. In mixer, cream the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla.
3. Add powdered sugar a little at a time until frosting is consistency you like.
4. Add pecans.
