Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spray 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
Add onion and bell pepper
Arrange chicken over vegetables
Pour 2/3 cup teriyaki marinade over chicken, top with pineapple slices.
Drizzle remaining marinade over top
Bake 45 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Spoon pan juices over chicken and vegetables once during baking and again just before serving.
Serve over rice
