Cornbread recipe for Thanksgiving stuffing
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Oil 2 8 inch round pans or an 11 x 13 inch pan.
Combine Yellow Corn Meal and dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add mild and egg. Stir.
Add oil or shortening; Mix thoroughly
Pour into prepared pan
Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
