Pistachio Inside-Outside Cake
Blend first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl, adding eggs one at a time. Beat about 2 minutes.
Bake in greased & floured 10" bundt pan at 350 for 50 minutes.
Cool then split into 3 layers. Spread about 1 cup frosting between layers.
Spoon the rest of the frosting into center of bundt cake. Chill.
Blend last 3 ingredients. Whip until thickened (about 5 minutes.)
