Cut softened butter into flour until crumbly. Add pecan pieces and press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° until light brown. Let cool.
~1st Layer~
Mix softened cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth. Spread on top of cool crust.
~2nd Layer~
Mix the puddings (prepare according to directions on box). Spread on top of 1st layer.
Top with lite cool whip.
