Simple and easy homemade crust recipe. Takes less time than pizza delivery guy!
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add oil, sugar and salt. Slowly add flour and gently combine (about 25 strokes). Ball up dough, cover with a clean towel and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
This recipe makes one deep dish or two hand-tossed. Divide dough accordingly.
Flour the counter top, oil your hands and gently work dough into a round. Add the toppings of your choice and bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Do not over handle the dough or it will be tough.
