Dissolve sugar in warm water and add yeast, set aside for 5 - 10 minutes and than add oil and warm milk
Mix flour, tea bisque, and salt together.
Form a well in flour mixture and pour in wet ingredients stirring while pouring. It will form a sticky dough. Rub olive oil over the dough and set bowl in sink of warm water and let rise till double in size, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Divide dough into 5 equal portions. Press out onto oiled pizza pan and set aside for about 10 minutes before adding toppings
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes
Makes 5 crusts. Oil unbaked dough generously, place in foil and freeze Let thaw about 4 hours before using
