Suggest a better descriptionMix dry ingredients and then add warm water and olive oil. Mix with dough hooks on electric mixer for about 5 minutes. Can add more water or flour as needed to make soft bread dough. Remove from bowl and continue hand kneading a few more minutes.
Oil a large bowl, turn in the dough, cover with plastic and place in a warm location for about 1/2 hour or til it doubles in size. Punch down again and place in the refrigerator overnight.
When ready to grill: Heat grill on medium low. Brush the grate with olive oil. Drizzle some olive oil on a plate and press ball of dough onto oil and flatten out with fingers. Flip once and continue flattening fairly thin. (It will puff on the grill). Place on grill, close lid and let cook briefly, just enough to color bottom side and set dough. (If the grill is too hot, the dough will burn quickly - adjust temperature). Flip the crust on the grill and quickly top it with sauces, toppings, cheese. Close the lid and cook long enough to melt the cheese. Again, watching the bottom so it doesn't burn.
