Mix water, sugar, and yeast and let sit for 2 minutes. Add salt and flour. Add enough flour to form a soft dough that cleans the sides of the bowl. Mix for 5 minutes. Let rise for 30 minutes. Cut into 4 pieces and roll out. Place in pizza pans and top with pizza toppings. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
