1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Lightly butter deep dish and thin crust pans
3. On crust add in this order sauce, mozzarella, toppings, Parmesan cheese
4. Deep dish bake 40 minutes
5. Thin crust bake 10 minutes and then remove from pan and bake an additional 10 minutes
6. Let cool on rack 15 minutes
