from allrecipes.com. This unusual jelly has a variety of purposes. It can replace cranberry jelly with turkey for the holidays. It is lovely for breakfast toast and biscuits. Try it on pancakes!
1. Combine pomegranate and lemon juice with sugar and butter in a large stainless steel Dutch oven. Bring to a boil over high heat, and stir in Certo. Bring to a full rolling boil, and boil exactly 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Skim off any foam.
2. Ladle into hot, sterilized jars, leaving 1/2 headroom. Seal, and process in a boiling water canner.
Processing time will depend on the size of jar used.
8 oz = 20 minutes in Sylmar
6 oz = 15 minutes
