Makes 20 1/2 pint jars
Bring juice(s) to a very warm temp, add the spices and pectin. Continue to heat up until it becomes a rolling boil. Add sugar, stirring rapidly. Once again bring the mix to a rolling boil. Just before it reaches the rolling boil, drop the temp of heat so that the heat is stable and contents does not rise above the pot. The mix will grow a good 2-3 inches in the pot so be prepared to drop heat quickly.
IMPORTANT: Once the sugar/mix comes to a rolling boil, continue a hard boil for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes
