In a heaven bottom nonstick pan add olive oil and heat over a low flame. Dredge halibut in porcini flour. Place in the pan, season, sauté on both sides until a crust forms. Remove from skillet once cooked.
On a warm plate arrange fava beans and halibut. Serve at once.
