Sweet Bread made with. Can of pork and beans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, use the middle rack when ready.
Step 1: Prepare your pans. Spray to 9 x 5 x 3 inch deep loaf pans with Pam or non-stick spray.
Step 2: Pour the undrained pork and beans into the food processor and purée until smooth.
Step 3: Place beaten eggs in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the pork mixture and mix well. Then add the vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Step 4: Add the sugar and mix it in. then add the baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until everything is incorporated.
Step 5: Mix the chopped nuts. Then slowly add the flour in one-cup increments stirring well after each addition.
Step 6: Spoon batter equally into both pans then place in preheated oven. Cook for 50-60 minutes checking with toothpick to make sure it’s done. When done place on wire rack to cool for 20 minutes.
Step 7: Run sharp blade around the inside of pan to loosen bread, then tip it onto the wire rack. Once bread is cooled completely, wrap in plastic. You can freeze in bag for up to 3 months.
