pork chops with mushrooms and wine sauce
1 - saute onions and mushrooms in oil.
2 - add chops, thyme, broth and wine.
3 - cook with pan covered until chops are cooked through.
4 - remove chops and set aside.
5 - Add flour with some water and mix in a mixing cup with lid. Pour into pan and cook until the sauce is a little thickened.
6 - Pour sauce over chops - ready to serve.
Great with asparagus.
