Suggest a better descriptionPLACE potatoes in a pot of salted water. Bring to a boil, cook until tender. In the last 5 min. of cooking, stir in coleslaw, drain, return to pot. Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup broth, season with salt and pepper. Smash. Coat pork with flour, season with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat 1 tbs oil. Add pork, cook until browned. COVER, lower heat, cook 5 min. Transfer to a plate, keep warm. In same skillet, heat remaining oil. Add onion and mushrooms, cook until lightly browned. Add remaining broth, increase heat, cook 5 min. Stir in remaining sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Spoon on top of pork chops. SERVE with potatoes...
