Suggest a better descriptionPut the rice on to cook in 2 cups water and a bullion cube. A circle of olive oil in a Wok (can use skillet) Remember: Hot Wok, Cold Oil, No Stick. Put the green onions (blades and all) bell pepper and garlic on to cook just slightly then add the cubed pork and cooked rice. Tumble everything together until hot, add a splash of oyster sauce and soy sauce. Serve topped with slivered almonds or peanuts if you like
