Easy, delicious potato casserole!
Layer potatoes in a greased 9x13 casserole. Mix sour cream, soup, Cheddar cheese, and garlic salt in a bowl. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Dot with butter. Bake uncovered for 1 hour (or until golden brown spots on the top) at 350(F) degrees.
For added flavor, chop up some onions and fresh garlic!
