Suggest a better descriptionMix first 6 ingredients together in a big bowl. (Hashbrowns, onions, cheese, cream of chick soup, sour
cream, salt, and pepper). Spray 9x13 size pan with Pam and place mixture in pan.
For the topping mix together corn flakes and margarine. Place topping over the frozen mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 60 mins.
Need to watch after 45 mins.....usually boiling at edges and slightly brown when ready.
