1 - Boil potato. Clean and peel.
2 - Mix cassava starch in milk.
3 - Mix together the peeled potato, starch milk, nutritional yeast, salt, lemon juice, and oil and bring to medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils.
5 - Put in an oiled pan and let cool at least two hours.
