This is great with corned beef and pastrami sandwiches or Reubens.
Use the large grating dish on a food processor or use a manual grater for the potatoes and onion.
In a large bowl combine potato, onion and remaining ingrediets.
Mix well. Cook on a griddle or in a skillet on medium high heat (375 degrees) until crisp and brown
using a combination of oil and butter.
About 5 minutes per side.
Makes 4 potato pancakes.
