Boil potatoes until nearly soft in center with knife stick. About 20 -25 min. Cool in cold water 15 min. Peel, dice. Boil eggs 12 minutes, cool in ice water, peel, dice.
Dice celery with Vidalia large grid. Use large grid without top to dice eggs, potatoes, sliced first.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well, chill.
Boil 1 egg per potato. Adjust miracle whip for dryness.
