Brown the sausage and add a pinch of cumin to taste.
Pour Chicken Broth, milk, water, American Cheese, butter, sour cream into the stock pot, crock pot or kettle and simmer.
Cook Onion, Carrot, Celery in separate pan in Olive Oil. Cook until tender, add in Garlic and just before browned pour into the soup.
Peel and cube Red Potatoes and add to the soup. Add in browned sausage. Cook at 200 degrees or simmer until potatoes are done. Add in flour as needed to thicken soup.
Don't over do the cumin. Use whatever sausage you like. If you like hot use Bob Evans Italian, or if you like a Sweeter taste use Bob Evans Breakfast Sausage. Either way it's good.
