They are great with prime rib, ham, steaks etc. Theyre especially good when entertaining since they can be made ahead of time. I hope you enjoy them. Cut unpeeled potatoes in half and cook in water till done. Drain and peel. Shred potatoes into bowl Add sour cream, onions, 1 1/2 cups cheese,salt and pepper Mix together and place in buttered casserole dish Top with 1/2 cup cheese and paprika Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 350 degress for 40 to 50 minutes till hot but not overly brown DAVE
