Pat chicken dry. Slice into thirds, crosswise. Lightly sprinkle onion powder and garlic.
Wrap each chicken piece with one slice prosciutto, firmly but not so tight that ham tears.
Preheat large frying pan on medium high (6) and drizzle very light olive oil
Pan sear each side of chicken for two mins. Cover and finish in oven until no pink, approx 8 mins.
Slice asparagus, lightly drizzle with oil, salt, and onion powder
Roast in oven for 10 mins at 425degrees
