Provolone Chicken
Preheat oven to 425. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish and press both sides of chicken into the crumbs. Place coated chicken into the baking dish. Sprinkle chicken with oregano. Top with provolone cheese, spring with parsley and dot with butter.
Bake about 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
