I found this recipe in my recipe folder printed on Christmas paper. I'm not sure who it belongs to, but it is delicious.

Combine sugar, oil, and eggs; beat until light and fluffy.
Stir in pumpkin.
Combine dry ingredients (altogether in a separate bowl) and then stir into pumpkin mixture.
Add water and nuts, mixing well.
Spoon batter into 2 well-greased 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4 inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 75 minutes.
