A sweet treat for the fall.
Cream sugar, eggs, and oil. Add pumpkin and mix well. Sift dry ingredients together and and alternate with water. Mix well and add nuts. Grease and flour 3 medium bread pans. Fill 2/3 full. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool 5 minutes and turn out of pans. Wrap them immediately in aluminum foil to keep moist.
