Suggest a better descriptionMix sugar, eggs, oil, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and water in a large mixing bowl. Add pumpkin and mix well. Gradually stir in flour and baking soda. Pour mixture into a prepared bundt pan, angel food pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake until golden brown. Test for doneness by inserting a straw or knife into the center of the bread, if it comes out clean the bread is done.
