This makes a dark, moist spicy pumpkin bread. It is basically a "dump" recipe so it is easy for a young cook to help in the making.
Use a really large mixing bowl for this. Add ingredients in the order listed, stirring well as each is added. Pour into 2 standard loaf pans or 8 mini loaves.
Bake standard loaves at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Bake mini loaves for about 1 hour or until firm.
