Suggest a better description1. Cut a pumpkin open in half, remove the seeds, spray and place down on parchment paper to bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
2. Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3. In a large bowl with an electric mixer, combine sugar and oil until thoroughly blended.
4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
6. Add flour mixture to egg mixture alternately with pumpkin, beating well after each addition.
7. Bake in the oven for 60-65 minutes at 160°C or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
