Mix all the dry ingredients in a small bowl and combine well
Beat eggs in large bowl until smooth
Stir dry ingredients into eggs
Stir pumpkin into mixture
Slowly combine Evaporated milk into mixture
Pour into pie shell
Baked at 425 for 15 minutes
Turn oven down to 350 and bake until knife comes out clean (about an hour) Start checking at 40 minutes and check every 10 minutes after.
