Suggest a better descriptionIn a large saucepan, melt butter. Saute onion and garlic until soft. Add curry powder, salt, coriander, and red pepper. Cook for a few min. Add broth and gently boil uncovered for 15-20 min. Stir in pumpkin and half and half, cook 5 min. Pour in a blender or stick blender, and blend until creamy. Serve warm or reheated to desired temperature. Garnish w/ sour cream and chives.
