Brown meat in pan, low heat with a little beef broth or water to prevent burning.
Drain fat.
Add water, tomatoes, onions and spices.
Add water or broth as needed to prevent burning.
Longer cook times for better flavor.
This meal is cooked without oil for two main reasons. The first is because oil has unnecessary calories and is used to liberally. The second and mos important is that most oils when heated become partially hydrogentated because their bonds are broken. Currently this is set for four servings. I recommend a small salad to accompany this dish. Double or Quadruple this recipe so that will have eight servings of it ready to go for those in a pinch situations.
