Melt half of the butter in a 10 inch skillet, allow to heat for 30 seconds. Place fillets of fish flesh side down and lightly brown for two minutes, turn and cook an additional two minutes. Remove fish from pan and add remaining butter - add almonds and lightly brown for one minute.
Serve over trout
