Suggest a better descriptionCombine Ranch dressing, sour cream, 1 tsp of taco seasoning, and salsa in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Toss chicken with remaining taco seasoning in another bowl; cover bowl loosely and microwave chicken until heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes. Warm tortillas in skillet for about a minute each side. Place scoop of chicken on tortilla, top with lettuce, tomato, green onions, cheese, and a spoonful of Ranch mix.
