Suggest a better description1. Put the tamarind in 1/2 cup water. Soak it or heat it in a microwave at 900? for 30s.
2. In a bowl, add rasam powder, salt, turmeric, curry leaves, tomatoes, garlic, asafoetida, the water from the tamarind in the previous step, and the rest of the water.
3. Heat the oil in a pan.
4. Add mustard seeds and the red chillies, then heat on full flame until it sputters.
5. Add the mixture in the bowl and heat it.
6. Switch it off just when it starts boiling.
7. Add the coriander to garnish.
