Suggest a better description* Note: See the "Bayou Blast - {Emerils Creole Seasoning}" recipe which is included in this collection. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, add sausage, green onions, celery, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic and Bayou Blast; saute 2 minutes. Stir in beans, salt, and 3 turns of pepper; saute 1 minute more. This recipe yields about 2 cups of relish.
