Suggest a better descriptionBoil potaoes till tender, drain. Transfer to mixing bowl. Add sour cream, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Beat on med-low till light and fluffy. Stir in 2 cups of cheese, bacon and onion. Transfer to a 3-quart dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered 30 minutes. (If making ahead of time, bake 1 hour.)
