A nice change from potato or green salad during picnic season.
Cook rice in salted water per usual. Allow to cool.
Prep the vegetables and gently mix with the cooled rice.
Mix together the mayo, sour cream, salt, vinegar, cayenne and Worcestershire sauce and pour over rice and vegetables. Adjust seasoning. Serve in a lettuce lined bowl.
May be served chilled or at room temperature.
